Privacy policy
Privacy policy for TrialValid: what data the service stores, who processes it and how to use your rights to access, correct, delete or port your data.

Related: Terms of service, Acceptable use.
TrialValid ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@trialvalid.com.
1. Card data
Card numbers are collected and handled by payment processors. TrialValid stores the references and metadata the processor returns, not the card number.
2. What the service stores
- Seller profile: the connected payment account reference, the plan and the MRR figure, and alert settings.
- Trials: the buyer's payment references, the trial dates, the state and the capture result.
- Consent records: the authorization text shown, the time, the IP address, the user agent and the terms version.
- Visits and signups: campaign parameters, the referrer, advertising click identifiers and custom events.
- Event, job and alert records.
3. Who processes it
We use providers in these categories: payment processors, messaging providers for alerts, email delivery providers, AI service providers, and hosting providers.
4. Your rights and how to use them
Everyone
You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and for a portable copy of it.
If your details were entered on a trial page that a seller runs, that seller chose to collect them and TrialValid holds them for the seller. Write to us anyway: we tell you which seller it concerns and pass your request on.
California
If you live in California you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. TrialValid does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. An authorized agent can make a request for you.
European Union and United Kingdom
If you are in the EU or the UK you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
How to ask
- Email hello@trialvalid.com from the address on your account, and say which right you want to use.
- We respond within the time the law requires.
- Some records may have to be kept, such as payment and tax records for plan payments. We tell you what we kept and why.
