Questions
How is my plan chosen?
By the monthly recurring revenue on the Stripe account you connect. TrialValid reads your active subscriptions, adds up their USD monthly equivalents and maps the total to a plan. It checks again about every 7 days.
How does the Starter trial work?
You pay $1 when you start. The trial runs for 14 days with every feature on, and on day 15 your card is charged $29 for the first month unless you cancel before then. Nothing else is charged during the trial.
How do Growth and the larger plans start?
You book an onboarding call with us, we set up your first trial page together, and then you pay. Growth is $95 a month, Scale $295, Pro $595 and Max $995.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise starts at $1,995 a month for accounts with $1,000,000 or more of MRR. Book a call and we will agree the details with you.
What counts toward MRR?
Only active subscriptions (not trialing, past due or paused), only USD, and only flat licensed items at list price. Tiered, metered and mixed-interval items are left out, and discounts and taxes are ignored.
What does the plan price cover?
Setup and every transaction. The plan price is the whole cost, and every feature is on every plan.
Are there transaction fees, setup fees or usage caps?
None: TrialValid takes no per-transaction fee, there is no setup fee, and every feature is on every plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for your first paid month. Ask within 7 days of paying and a person reviews your request. The $1 trial fee is not part of the first month.
When am I billed?
Starter charges $1 when you start the trial and $29 on day 15 unless you cancel first. Growth and larger plans are paid after your onboarding call.
