What Webleadr is

You pick a spot on a map, choose a business type such as barber shop, set a scan radius and run a search. Webleadr lists the businesses it finds, marks those with no website, those that use a third party page, and those with a weak site, and lets you save the ones you want.

From there you can add notes and statuses, export your leads and generate an outreach message or a call script for each business. The home page also describes an assistant that answers questions about the leads saved in your account.

Features worth knowing

  • Website detection labels a business as having no website, a third party page or a dedicated site, which is the signal a web designer cares about most.
  • Contact and social discovery pulls phone numbers, email addresses and social profiles from business pages and public sources.
  • Website health scoring gives an A to F grade, and design quality scoring uses AI vision on a 1 to 10 scale.
  • Exports are offered as CSV, Excel, PDF and JSON, with configurable columns.
  • Outreach messages are generated per lead in the language inferred from the business location, and phone only leads get a call script.

Who is behind it

The terms page says Webleadr is operated by Webdevamin, a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium, and that Belgian law and the courts of Bruges apply. The pricing section says the same company collects payments through Paddle. The terms also tell users that calling businesses brings telephone marketing rules that differ by country, so check them before you call.

Webleadr pricing

PackPriceCreditsCost per saved leadFirst purchase bonus
Starter$14 one time50$0.2810 bonus credits
Growth$24 one time100$0.2420 bonus credits

Prices as printed on the home page on 2026-10-19. One credit buys one saved business lead or ten assistant replies, credits stay available while your account is active, and the page says refunds are available within 14 days while purchased credits remain unused. Only saved leads use credits.

Alternatives

Other ways to build local lead lists include Apollo, Hunter, Outscraper and manual searches in map apps. We list names only and have not compared them.

Who it fits

A freelancer looking for a first client is the audience, and the pricing suits it. Fifty credits at $14 is enough to save fifty leads and test whether outreach to businesses without sites works for you.

Agencies that need more volume will see the pack structure as a limit, since the page mentions multipacks at checkout but lists only two packs.

Is it worth it

Run the numbers before you buy. If one lead in fifty becomes a client and a site project pays a few hundred dollars, the $14 pack is cheap. If your close rate is far lower, you need many packs. Our ROI calculator helps with that kind of sum.

Also remember that contact details are discovered from public pages. The terms say they may be out of date or belong to former staff, so verify them before you reach out.

How it relates to a card-backed trial

Webleadr has no trial. You buy credits once and use them, and the page lists 20 free assistant replies once per verified account. This is a pay as you go design, with no card kept on file for a later charge. A card-backed trial, as laid out in Product, works the other way: the card is held at sign-up and the buyer decides by the end date. If your product is used in bursts, as a lead finder is, one time credits fit that pattern better than a subscription.
