| At a glance | Rezi |
|---|---|
| What it is | An online resume builder with AI writing help, a resume score, keyword targeting and extra writing tools. |
| What it costs (checked 2026-10-19) | Free at $0, Pro at $29 a month, a one-time Lifetime plan at $149, and Enterprise at $99 a month per 200 user seats. |
| Who built it, per its own company page | Rezi's own page says it began in May 2015 as a weekend project and lists an office in Seoul, South Korea. |
| Who it suits | Job seekers who want guided resume writing and a score, and schools or career sites that need seats for many people. |
| Verdict | A sensible tool to try on the free plan first. The Lifetime plan pays off against Pro only after 6 months of Pro fees. |
What Rezi is
Rezi is a web application for writing a resume. You enter your history, the writing assistant proposes bullet points and a summary, and a scoring panel grades the result. The company describes its starting point as studying how resumes interact with applicant tracking systems, the software many employers use to sort applications, and building education and tools around that.
The pricing page splits the product into resume building, a cover letter builder, a resignation letter builder, a resume score built on 23 metrics, keyword targeting, real-time content analysis and AI interview practice. Which of these you can use depends on the plan, and the free plan carries limited versions of the scoring and keyword tools.
Features worth knowing
- AI resume writer and editor: generate bullet points or rewrite the ones you already have, available on every plan including Free.
- Rezi Score: the vendor's name for its grading panel, which it says looks at 23 metrics. Free shows a limited version and paid plans show the full one.
- Keyword targeting: tailors wording toward a job description. Limited on Free, full on Pro.
- Cover letter and resignation letter builders: listed as not included on Free in the comparison table and unlimited on Pro.
- Extras named in the site menu: a Chrome extension, a mobile app and a connector for managing resumes from inside chat assistants.
Who is behind it
The about page tells a short company story: a weekend project from May 2015, a mission to teach job seekers how applicant tracking software treats a resume, an office in Seoul, South Korea, and a team page that lists founders, developers, a designer, content writers and support staff. We did not verify anything beyond what the page states, and we make no claim about company size or funding.
What it costs
| Plan | Price as stated | What the page lists |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1 resume, 1 AI interview, 3 PDF downloads, standard templates, AI writer and editor |
| Pro | $29 a month | Unlimited resumes, interviews and PDF downloads, all templates, full Rezi Score and keyword targeting |
| Lifetime | $149 one payment | Described as all features for one payment |
| Enterprise | $99 a month per 200 user seats | Everything in Pro plus team roles, single sign-on, webhooks and review management. Booking a demo is the way in. |
Prices checked 2026-10-19 on the pricing page. Some simple arithmetic on those numbers: a year of Pro is $348, so the Lifetime plan costs 43% of one year of Pro. Five months of Pro cost $145, still below $149, and the sixth month takes the total to $174. The Enterprise rate works out to $0.50 per user per month if all 200 places are used.
The pricing page also states a refund term for its plans. Read that term on the vendor page itself before you pay, because we only report prices here.
Alternatives
People shortlisting a resume builder often also look at Kickresume, Enhancv and Resume.io, or simply at a word processor and a template. We have not tested or compared any of them for this review.
Who it fits
It fits someone who will write or revise a resume more than once and wants a scoring panel and keyword help in the same place. It also fits an institution that wants branded, managed access for many job seekers, since that is the audience the Enterprise plan names. It fits less well if you need a single document once and are happy with a plain template.
Is it worth it
The free plan is the cheapest test, since the page lists it at $0 with the AI writer and editor included. The limits (one resume, one interview, three PDF downloads) are tight enough that you will know quickly whether you want more. If you do, monthly Pro keeps the commitment small, and the Lifetime plan makes sense only if you expect to use the product for more than 5 months. We cannot judge how well the writing assistant performs, because we did not run it, and a rating from us would be invented.
How this relates to a card-backed trial
Rezi starts people on a free plan and lets the product limits do the selling. A seller of software can choose the opposite structure: hold the plan price on a card at sign-up and start a time-boxed trial, which is what TrialValid is built for. The first approach lowers the barrier to starting, the second changes who starts. The right pick depends on your own numbers, and the trial conversion calculator is a quick place to test both.
