# Acceptable use

The acceptable use policy for TrialValid sellers: what a trial must show the buyer and what is not allowed.

These rules apply to every seller who uses TrialValid.

- Do not run a trial that hides the amount, the charge date or how to cancel from the buyer.
- Do not use TrialValid to hold or charge a card without the buyer's authorization text being shown and recorded.
- Do not use it to test stolen or unauthorized cards.
- Do not sell anything that payment processors or the card networks prohibit.
- Do not use it to harass buyers or to send messages they did not agree to.
- Do not try to read another seller's data or to get around a limit of the service.

We may pause a seller whose trials produce disputes or violate these rules. Reports go to hello@trialvalid.com.
